James Stirling has over 25-years’ experience in both the residential and commercial property sectors. His in-depth knowledge of acquisition spans many years and encompasses deals ranging from individual residential properties, through to multi million-pound commercial properties and sites.
He is very knowledgeable and experienced in all of the areas of negotiation surrounding acquisition, including sourcing with and without planning permission, leaseholds and freeholds, negotiating purchases, heading up of due diligence and liaising with architects and planners. James has previously worked for both start-up companies and established multinational companies.
